This transformation is closely related to the overall strategy, and often includes total changes involving all aspects of the organization, resulting in a completely new entity that is more adaptive to environmental changes. This transformation is very important so that the vision and mission of the organization can be realized optimally. This study aims to analyze the transformation process carried out by the Ilyas Karanganyar Islamic Boarding School, which includes the steps of planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising. The data sources in this study came from direct observation, interviews with related parties, and internal document analysis. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies to identify key findings related to productive, efficient, and effective collaboration in achieving common goals. The purpose of this research is to find out the culinary position of grilled chicken in <em>Serat Centhini</em>, to know aspects of preservation and development aspects in <em>Mbak Denok’s </em>grilled chicken. This study uses qualitative research with the type of case study research. The research location was carried out in Jatipuro District, Karanganyar Regency. To obtain data, this study applies several methods, namely: interview, observation, literature, documentation, and interview methods. After going through the research process, the following conclusions were obtained. The position of traditional culinary roast chicken is a traditional culinary, listed in the <em>Serat Centini</em> as a complement to offerings at certain traditional ceremonies, mentioned 9 times in <em>Serat Centini</em> in volume II and volume VI and is consumed by the King and his family. The preservation of traditional grilled chicken culinary takes place at Ms. Denok's roast chicken, Jatipuro on the aspect of the main raw material in the form of using local free-range chicken, aspects of spices that are still fresh from the local area, aspects of cooking tools using <em>kuali</em>, aspects of cooking methods by roasting using <em>kuali</em> and baked goods firewood and a traditional kitchen in the form of <em>pawons</em>.</p> Sri Purnaningsih Copyright (c) 2024 RADIANT: Journal of Applied, Social, and Education Studies 2024-11-30 2024-11-30 5 2 111 123 10.52187/rdt.v5i2.190 Exploring Gossip: Women Character Dynamics in Tilik the Series https://radiant.polhas.ac.id/index.php/radiant/article/view/196 <p>This article discusses the gossip practices of Muslim women in the film <em>Tilik the Series</em>. This study focuses on Muslim women to explore how they are represented in the media, especially in Indonesia, a country with a Muslim majority. In a culture influenced by Islam, religion shapes social norms and behaviors, including gossip. The film <em>Tilik the Series</em> depicts Javanese women, who are predominantly Muslim, although non-Muslim characters may not be prominently featured. This article aims to reveal how the process of gossip by women wearing the hijab is carried out as a storytelling tool and also plays a role in forming and maintaining social norms as well as revealing the types and functions of gossip among them. Apart from that, gossip in <em>Tilik the Series</em> is not just empty talk, every gossip practice has a different type and function, and each type and function can narrate the ins and outs of social life, which can be destructive and transformative. The method used is qualitative by identifying the relationship between types of gossip and function of gossip with the character of Muslim women. The conclusion is that the Muslim women in the film when gossiping tend to talk about the situation in their family environment or what we call the house-talk type. Correlation and relationship represented by the meaning of every symbol in a logo from K-Pop Idol and their fandom that bonds each other is beneath the surface. Through this descriptive qualitative study, The analysis aims to unravel the meaning relation based on the phenomenon and how this meaning is carried out. This study employs Reinhart’s Principle of Gestalt Perception to address the description of a form of a perception process by arranging elements with patterns, relationship, and needs into a single unit. This study also employs Gregory’s Boy Bands and Performance of Pop Masculinity to address what branding do the symbols that used by K-Pop Idols and fans try to convey. Calling on the theories to the phenomenon and utilizing Spradleyan analysis, the researchers argue that the K-pop Idol represent their branding based on the symbols meaning in their logo and it is influencing their musical taste for their fans. The relationship and meaning have a continuous relationship and correlation based on the meaning conveyed through the meaning of each symbol from K-Pop idol groups and their fandoms. The case study approach is selected because it permits a holistic and real-world perspective while concentrating on individual cases. According to the findings, English language learners utilise mobile applications because they would rather access different types of material and participate in social networking sites than focus on learning. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The results of the research show that there are three types of local culinary offerings in Sukorejo Tourism Village, namely Tepo, Wedang Uwuh, and keripik Trewolo, which can become main attractions for tourists. These three culinary products each have unique characteristics in terms of flavor, presentation, and cultural or traditional significance. Another gastronomic aspect is the use of local raw materials in their processing, which supports the sustainability of the production process. These three types of local cuisine diversify tourism offerings by making keripik Trewolo preparation process a tourist attraction in itself.
